Our clear advice and steadfast support will guide you through the Canadian immigration system with ease, no matter how complex your needs are.

Inadmissibility

A person can become inadmissible to Canada for a variety of reasons, but the most common is having been convicted of a criminal offense. Even seemingly minor offenses such as shoplifting or reckless driving that occurred several years ago can result in a person being denied entry to Canada. At Fireside Immigration, we understand that you want to put past mistakes behind you, and we can help you do just that. Click here to learn more.

Family Sponsorship

Are you or a family member a Canadian citizen or permanent resident? You may be eligible to sponsor your family members for permanent residence. Click here to learn more.

Citizenship by Descent

If one of your parents ever lived in Canada as a Citizen, you may also be a Canadian Citizen. We can help you find out for sure, and apply to the government for official recognition of your citizenship, allowing you to freely move to and live in Canada, and hold a Canadian passport. Click here to learn more.

Work Permits

Most foreign workers are required to undergo a lengthy and costly process called a Labour Market Impact Assessment. Some, however, are fortunate to be exempt from this requirement, allowing them easier access into the Canadian labour market. Economic Immigration

In 2026, Canada plans to welcome 380,000 new economic permanent residents, selected based on their education, work experience, and other factors that indicate they will make significant contributions to the Canadian Economy. This pathway has gotten more competitive in recent years, but working with us will ensure that your application is complete and accurate, giving you the greatest possible chance of success. Click here to learn more.
